Return & Refund Policy – Skincare & Beauty Supplements

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

After verification, an exchange or refund will be processed. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
