Shipping Policy

At LATORICE, we aim to deliver your skincare products safely, quickly, and with full transparency. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • The Products will be shipped within 3 days and will be delivered within 7 days 

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking ID.


2. Shipping Time

We ship across India using trusted courier partners.

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days

  • Express Delivery (if available): 2–4 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may have an additional handling fee.

4. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
You can track your shipment using your Order ID or Tracking Number.


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

LATORICE is not responsible for delayed or returned shipments due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer not available at the delivery location

If a package returns to us, re-shipping charges will apply.


6. Damaged / Missing Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A leaking bottle

  • A missing product
